Hi there! ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა Before you open your package, please be reminded of the following:🤎 Sanitize your parcel before opening it as well as the items inside before using or keeping them.
🤎 Peel the tape as much as you can instead of using scissors or a cutter, so you can still reuse the packaging materials we used to pack your package!
🤎 No unboxing video = No Exchange or Refund. Kindly film a raw or unedited unboxing video of your parcel, in case incorrect or incomplete items were sent. Photos of unboxing will not be accepted as proof. You may inform us about any concerns through email or DM.
🤎 We will really appreciate it if you let us know that your order arrived at you safely. Please tag us @thealpacafe on Twitter with the hashtag #thanksalpacafe or you may send us a dm! We would also be happy to hear your thoughts or feedback so we know how we can improve your experience.
🤎 Please don’t forget to cover both our shipping details on the waybill before throwing them away.What to do with the packaging materials after unboxing?
-You may reuse them as long as they are clean and in good condition! We highly recommend this one. Please be careful when unboxing so the packaging materials can still be reusable.
-If they can’t be used anymore, please consider donating them to recycling centers.
